These changes include explaining to you in more detail how we use your information, including your choices, rights, and controls. Service Disruption For Volusion

A recent Volusion maintenance has apparently restarted their entire network.  During this restart, most/all Volusion stores had the Import/Export feature disabled incorrectly causing an error “Volusion store is not on a high enough plan“.  All stores impacted have been re-enabled.  If you continue to have any issues, please contact support at support@autorespondermax.com.

Emergency Maintenance

Our provider will performing last minute maintenance around 11/08/2017 8:30 AM EST and is anticipated to take around 30 to 60 minutes. We are currently looking into an issue that is preventing emails from being sent and certain stores have been turned off. UPDATE (10:10 AM EST): The issue has now been resolved and was caused by a failed database.  All affected stores have been turned back on.  Please contact support if you have any further issues.
