Service Disruption For Volusion

A recent Volusion maintenance has apparently restarted their entire network.  During this restart, most/all Volusion stores had the Import/Export feature disabled incorrectly causing an error “Volusion store is not on a high enough plan“.  All stores impacted have been re-enabled.  If you continue to have any issues, please contact support at support@autorespondermax.com.

We are currently looking into an issue that is preventing emails from being sent and certain stores have been turned off. UPDATE (10:10 AM EST): The issue has now been resolved and was caused by a failed database.  All affected stores have been turned back on.  Please contact support if you have any further issues.

Due to recent Volusion outage, some users may have received a message that stated “Volusion store is not on a high enough plan, it needs to be hosted on a Plus or higher plan”.  This issue purely related to a false positive from Volusion which disallowed certain features of your store that would allow Autoresponder Max to operate properly.
