We are currently looking into an issue that is preventing emails from being sent and certain stores have been turned off. Due to recent Volusion outage, some users may have received a message that stated “Volusion store is not on a high enough plan, it needs to be hosted on a Plus or higher plan”.  This issue purely related to a false positive from Volusion which disallowed certain features of your store that would allow Autoresponder Max to operate properly.
