Personally Identifiable Information

When you register with Autoresponder Max, we may require you to give us certain contact information which will enable you to gain access to and use the many Service applications. Such information includes, (your company and personal name, e-mail address, and physical address and also potential demographic information (such as your age and gender). All of the information will be disclosed to you as a potential user of the Service prior to your registration.

  2. Track conversions associated with specific emails on the Merchant’s website
  3. To associate a Customer with a shopping cart on the Merchant’s website
  4. To opt out of #2 and #3

Commitment to the security of your information

When you place an order as a customer, transition from one service platform to another or access your account information, we use a secure server. The secure server software, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Our digital certificates are issued by, Inc. one of the most established issuers of digital certificates. Additionally, we use firewall security and limit data access to protect your personally identifiable information. We operate secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary, and only authorized individuals have access to the personally identifiable information provided by our users. We do not, however, guarantee that unauthorized, inadvertent disclosure will never occur.

How to update/change your preferences

Autoresponder Max may send on-line communications, promotional information, and/or newsletters to our registrants. You can choose to not receive communications from us, and we provide the following options for reviewing and updating the personally identifiable information that we collect and maintain, including options for communications, news, and special offers.
