We are excited to announce that we have just released an updated survey campaign for Autoresponder Max!  The survey email campaign previously allowed users to send out emails to customers with a link to a survey they created using tools such as Survey Monkey or Constant Contact.  The enhancement to this allows our clients to utilize a built in survey tool.  Previously, the survey campaign emails simply linked to a survey created using third-party software.

The survey campaign we’ve created is very simple to use, with the intent to provide our clients with a barometer for how they are servicing their customers.

Product reviews and company reviews can also provide this information, but this survey very simply asks the important question: “would you recommend our products or services?”  Because if the answer to that question is “no”, then merchants may want to assess why they aren’t delivering on customer satisfaction.

Data from this survey can be accessed from the reporting dashboard.  We hope that our clients find this to be a useful tool in gauging how satisfied customers are with their overall shopping experience.
